Ingredients and Recipe:

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp Royal Algae SeaMoss & Bladderwrack/ 1 Capsule

Half of an Avocado.

Half of a Banana.

Oat Milk (or milk of your choice).

Dark Chocolate (for garnish) optional.

A dash of Honey (for those with a sweet tooth) optional.

HOW TO MAKE

Add milk to the blender and sprinkle in the contents of 1 x Sea Moss and Bladderwrack capsule/ 1 teaspoon powder. With a knife, roughly chop the banana and avocado into big chunks. Add all the ingredients to the blender along with the optional honey. Blend until smooth.

To garnish –  add some grated dark chocolate (optional)
