Ingredients: Coconut oil, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

How to Use: Initial use: Press the pump 3 times to start the flow. Shake well before each use. Spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.

Dosage:1 spray delivers 400 IU of Vitamin D. Use 1 spray a day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Advisory Information:Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, use within 6 months. Suitable for children under 3 year.
