We offer various shipping options to suit the needs of our customers.

  • Free Shipping

As part of our commitment to an exceptional shopping experience, we are pleased to offer free shipping orders over Ksh 5000/= within Nairobi only.

  • Flat Rate Shipping

We provide a flat-rate shipping option to ensure affordability and simplicity in our shipping process to suit the needs of our customers;

– Within Nairobi: Same-day delivery

– Nairobi outskirts: Same-day (Karen, Syokimau, Thika, Rongai, Kikuyu etc.)

– Up-country: Next-day Delivery (Central, Western, Eastern, Nyanza regions, etc.)

– Coastal region: Next-day Delivery

– Turkana/Lamu/Garissa: Next-day Delivery

NB:

  • Same-day delivery applies to all orders in Nairobi and Nairobi Outskirts.

  • Up-country orders are shipped the next-day and may take 1-2 days depending on the location.

  • In a case where your order contains pre-ordered items, then your entire order will be fulfilled the next-day for all regions.

  • Orders placed on Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.

  • At the checkout page, you’ll find the available shipping locations to choose from based on your location.
