Product Description: BetterYou Magnesium Oil Muscle Spray is designed to replenish magnesium levels, relax muscles, and support recovery after physical activity. Formulated with magnesium chloride, lemon oil, arnica, and capsicum, it provides a soothing heat effect that accelerates muscle recovery and rejuvenates tired muscles. Ideal for post-workout, it supports muscle contraction, skeletal strength, and energy production.

Ingredients: Aqua (water), magnesium chloride, glycerin, propylene glycol, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, capsicum frutescens fruit extract, citrus limon (lemon) peel oil, hydrolyzed jojoba esters, limonene, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, arnica montana flower extract, citral, citric acid, trisodium EDTA, linalool.

Directions: Spray on the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. Ideal after exercise and showering. For training support, apply 10-20 sprays twice daily. For recovery, apply to the muscle area as needed and massage in thoroughly.

Storage Instructions: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
