Havenli – Chia Seeds 200g

Chia seeds are small, flat, and oval-shaped with a shiny and smooth texture. Their color ranges from white to brown or black. Chia seeds provide the highest plant-based source of omega-3 fatty acids known to exist.

The seeds also contain high levels of antioxidants, dietary fiber, protein, vitamins, minerals, and all nine essential amino acids that cannot be made by the body. They have little if any distinctive flavor, so they don’t compete with other flavors in a dish and can easily be added to smoothies, juices, milk, yogurt, fruits, salads, baked goods, etc. They also soften in the presence of liquid and become a less detectable texture.
